What do you see?

Overview screen

Depending on the information available, one of the following icons will be displayed alongside the departure and/or arrival time:

• : we expect disruptions to this train service. This may be a minor delay, a train cancellation or a major delay with no connections guaranteed. View the details of your selection to read the exact information.
• : this connection has been generated as an alternative option for a connection where disruptions are expected. In a situation with no disruptions, this connection would not be displayed.

To find out the best alternative route in the event of disruptions, please refer to:

• all other connections where no icons are displayed;
• all connections generated where a icon  is displayed.

This way, you can always find out the quickest connection to your destination!

Screen with detailed information

This screen provides you with more information about the disruptions announced on the overview screen. Several scenarios are possible:

• Your train is delayed, but the delay will not affect any connections. The columns with departure and arrival times will display how many minutes the delay is expected to take. You can see at one glance how many minutes your train will be delayed upon departure or arrival.

• Due to a delay, cancellation, etc., your connection is no longer guaranteed.

The columns with departure and arrival times will display the delay in terms of minutes. The icon  tells you that your connection is no longer guaranteed. Refer to our alternative solutions:

• all connections where no icons are displayed; 
• all connections generated where a icon  is displayed.

Your train has been cancelled. The departure time column displays ‘cancelled’.

Good to know:

Real-time information will be displayed as soon as the information becomes available and will remain visible until the train’s arrival at the destination station.
