Railcard and Parking Card refund conditions (01.02.2012)
In the event of an exchange
An exchange can be made during the validity period of your validation ticket. Your initial Railcard (to be returned at the ticket office) will be reimbursed after deduction of a sum calculated according to the real number of days' use and administrative charges of 5,00 EUR.
For example:
A one month Railcard (152,00 EUR for 58 km) is returned after 8 days' use:
152 - (152 x 8/30*) = to be rounded off to the nearest 10 Euro cents => 111,50 EUR
administrative charges = 5,00 EUR => 111,50 - 5,00 = 106,50 EUR to be reimbursed.
* To calculate the sum withheld, calculate the real number of days' use of your validation: 28, 29, 30 or 31 days for a month's validation; 89, 90, 91 or 92 jours for a quarterly validation; 365 or 366 days for a year's validation.
