Did you have to buy tickets while waiting for your Railcard to be issued?
If for some reason our staff have been unable to issue your Railcard on time... No worries!
The tickets you had to buy while you were waiting for your Railcard will be refunded in full, as long as they match the journey and class shown on your application form (available in French (pdf) or Dutch (pdf)). The date from which your tickets can be refunded will differ according to the type of Railcard requested:
- as from day of the application, if this is a Railcard for a train journey or a train journey combined with the STIB/TEC urban network or the complete De Lijn network;
- from the 5th day after the application (including the application date itself), if this is a Railcard combined with a TEC bus journey.
