The best solution: buy a Railcard + De Lijn complete network. To obtain this combined Railcard for the complete De Lijn network, your itinerary must include one or more sections of the transport company network. When you pay the supplement on top of the cost of your Railcard, you will have unlimited access to the whole of the De Lijn network (in Brussels and Wallonia as well). The cost of this package, which varies according to age, is added to the price of the Railcard.
