General City Travelcard
The ideal formula for travelling as much as you want by rail, tram, bus and metro in any of the following city areas:
- Brussels(= MTB travelcard): on the Brussels urban networks of the STIB (except on the section between NATO and Brussels Airport), TEC, De Lijn, and by rail between the SNCB/NMBS stations of the Brussels Zone.
- Charleroi (= AUC travelcard): in TEC vehicles in the city area in question and by rail between the SNCB/NMBS stations of the Charleroi conurbation.
- Liège (= AUL travelcard): in TEC vehicles in the city area in question and by rail between the SNCB/NMBS stations of the Liège conurbation.

Other info
- Unlimited number of journeys in the conurbation for which the ticket has been issued, throughout its period of validity.
- Valid for 2nd class only.
- Named travelcard made up of a main card and a validation ticket in the conurbations Charleroi and Liège.
- The main card is available free of charge from the TEC sales outlet in the conurbations Charleroi and Liège.
- For the Brussels metropolitan area the MTB travelcard consists of a Mobib Card (only available at STIB sales points) and a validation ticket.
- Validation tickets can be obtained over the counter at the SNCB/NMBS, STIB and TEC stations in the conurbation in question.
- This travelcard cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket in the same train.
- In the event of loss, a duplicate can not be provided and the validation ticket is non-refundable.
