How to use your ticket
You must always be ready to show your ticket to the train staff, as well as any other documentation justifying its use (such as identity card, discount card,…)
Some ticket types, such as Go Pass, Rail Pass, Key Card,… have to be filled in (with the day, the date and, if necessary, the departure and destination stations) indelible ink, before travelling. If you make a mistake, fill in a new box. Any crossing-out or overwriting invalidates the line filled in.
Remember
If you haven't got a valid ticket, always tell the train staff before boarding or immediately after setting off. Otherwise, you will be deemed to be a passenger who has no valid ticket.
