What does a Discount card Preferential reimbursement look like?

The Discount card Preferential reimbursement consists of a main card and a validation ticket, rather like a railcard.

• The main card shows the conditions for receiving the discount, your identity photo, your surname and forenames, your date of birth and the date of issue. The main card is valid for 5 years from date of issue.
• The validation ticket states the period for which you are entitled to a discount according to the period shown on your insurance company's certificate. The validation ticket is valid for one year. If you are 65 or over, you will automatically receive a 5-year validation ticket.

The main card and the validation ticket together form the discount card Preferential reimbursement, so the card isn't valid without the validation ticket.

Don't forget that if you're travelling with a discounted ticket, you have to be able to show your valid discount card when inspected in the train.
