What does the discount card look like?

The discount card issued by SNCB consists of:

  • a plasticized reference card with your personal details and your discount code (top right corner).
  • a validation ticket specifying the period during which the customer may use the discount card.

A discount card without validation ticket is never valid.

A valid discount card entitles you to the special discounts for large families.
