The ‘Large Families' discount card entitles:
• adults and children aged 12+ to a 50%* discount on standard 1st and 2nd class tickets;
• children under 12 years of age enjoy 50%* discount in 1st class and travel free of charge in 2nd class, even if they are travelling alone.

Who can apply for the discount card?
Parents with at least 3 dependent children under the age of 25 can request the discount card for themselves and for their children** aged under 25.
* Not on the fixed charge of 0,8141 EUR in 2nd class and (0,8141 x 1,54 EUR) in 1st class.
** One’s own children: children through marriage, legal cohabitation, legal adoption, recognition, paternity acknowledged officially or by court ruling.
