Enter your departure station here to find out which stations you can access using a Key Card.
You can also check the area of validity in each station or stopping point on the yellow posters showing the timetables and on the specific posters near the ticket offices.
Advantages
- You are totally free to choose any day and time to board your train.
- You select the departure and destination stations, on condition that the destination is within the area of validity of your departure station.
- As the Key Card isn't registered in your name, several people can travel together on it, or you can lend it to someone else.
How to use it?
You fill it in by hand in indelible ink (no crossings-out or overwriting) before boarding, one line per single journey per traveller. Write the day (in full) and the date (DDMMYY) as well as the departure and destination stations (in full).
Your train must call at the stations of departure and arrival stated on your card.
Further info
- Key Cards are valid for six months from their date of purchase.
- You can get your card from any station manned with sales staff and from automatic ticket machines, and from certain bookshops in your area.
- Travellers can no longer fill out more than one line (e.g. for consecutive areas of validity) for the same person on a single Key Card.
- To travel to or from Brussels National Airport with your Key Card, you need to pay the Diabolo fee.
