How to book group travel
School groups need to book their journey in advance and in time through our Group Travel Centre for domestic services. The booking period depends on the payment and delivery terms of the tickets (See further down).

Our staff will handle your request as quickly as possible after receiving it, and offer you the best timetable for your journey on the basis of your requirements and seat availability. If you like the proposal, they will make the booking straight away.
ATTENTION! Due to the high seat occupancy rates on a number of trains, some trains are not accessible to groups. Should this be the case, the Group Travel Centre will look for the best alternative together with you.
What happens about payment?
You need to submit your reservation to the Group Travel Centre for domestic services at least 12 working days prior to the departure date if you want to have your tickets sent to the person in charge of the group. In that case, you pay your tickets directly by bank transfer and the amount should be received in the SNCB’s bank account at least 7 working days prior to departure.
Booking with the Group Travel Centre for domestic services is required at least 7 working days prior to departure if you prefer to pick up your tickets and pay cash at the station (at least 5 working days prior to departure).
