In 113 stations, mobility impaired passengers are provided with an adapted service 7 days a week, from the first to the last train.

In other stations, assistance can be provided for mobility impaired persons without a wheel chair. The schedule of staff availability in these stations varies from station to station. Staff will do what is required, wherever possible, to provide assistance in the departure station. Reservation is required 24 hours in advance to guarantee assistance in the departure, connection and terminal stations.

Reservation guarantees that the departure, connection and terminal stations are accessible. We also check if there are seats available in the train and ensure that, if necessary, someone is present to help you board and disembark from the train.
If your request cannot be met, the customer service department will look for and suggest alternatives.

Day of the journey

For our staff to be able to provide you with an optimum service, we need to ask you to be present in the station at least 15 minutes before departure.

Are you travelling in a wheel chair?

Every train provides places for a wheel chair.
To bridge the distance between the train and the platform, a mobile wheelchair ramp is needed: this way, you can easily ride your wheel chair into our trains.

The wheelchair, user included, may weigh up to 300 kg, max. breadth: 75 cm, max. length: 120 cm.
