Primarily, we aim to provide a top quality service in which personalised support and safety are central themes. There is a modified service for people with limited mobility in 131 Belgian railway stations and this is available from the first train of the day to the last, seven days a week.

You can also consult the available tailored fares. For instance, you can obtain a special discount upon showing your personal reduced fare card, you have priority to a seat and you can choose someone to accompany you for free. All these measures are to make your journey cheaper and more pleasant.
