Electronic Identity Card

Your travel tickets are linked to the National Register Number (social security number) on your electronic identity card. Your tickets are not physically loaded onto your electronic identity card. Therefore, you do not need a card reader for your PC.

Only Belgian electronic identity cards are permitted (so not the eID card for foreigners).

All tickets from one and the same order are linked to the same electronic identity card. Those ticket holders must therefore travel together.

The bicycle-tandem card cannot be linked to the electronic identity card.
