What's this purse for?
Using your electronic purse, you can pay at the ticket office for all kinds of domestic ticket types (1), (standard tickets, Railcard validation, multi-trip cards, Passes, etc.)
The amount available in your electronic purse is reduced by the cost of the ticket purchased.
In this case you must :
- first of all inform the sales staff that you want to use your electronic purse;
- then show your Railcard (you always need to have your Railcard number to use the purse);
- state the ticket type you want.
(1) except for ticket types which are not issued by our sale system, such as Jump Cards, MTB (metro-tram-bus) validations, etc.
