If you're looking for a gift, what about our travel vouchers? These are vouchers worth 5,00 EUR, 10,00 EUR, 20,00 EUR or 50,00 EUR, and are on sale in all Belgian stations.

You can exchange them for all the products on sale at the ticket offices. For example, you can buy a ticket, a railcard validation, an international ticket, a pass, etc.

Travel vouchers can also be covered by a made-to-measure agreement between your company and SNCB.

This "made to measure" agreement means you can obtain personalised travel vouchers, bulk travel vouchers, or travel vouchers for different values.

Advantages

• Travel vouchers can be exchanged for anything sold in our stations.
• The exchange station doesn't have to be the station where the travel voucher was issued.
• Travel vouchers are valid for one year from their date of issue.
• Travel vouchers are not named and can therefore be transferred to different people.

Other info

• Travel vouchers are not tickets; users must exchange them in stations. They can never be exchanged in trains.
• The price of the item selected must be equal to or greater than the value on the travel voucher.
• Travel vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.

How do you pay?

The ordering of travel vouchers (agreed by contract) is based on pre-invoicing, i.e. the travel vouchers will be delivered as soon as we have received your payment.
