We do everything possible to improve access to stations and trains. Our ultimate aim is to offer complete accessibility to stations and trains for those with limited mobility. Our Management Contract, which has been in force since 1 January 2008, states our intention to improve assistance service for people with limited mobility.
We are particularly attentive to offering high-quality service where personal assistance and safety are the main concerns. In 113 Belgian railway stations, assistance for persons with limited mobility is on offer, from the first to the last train, 7 days a week.

You can also consult the available tailored fares. For instance, you can obtain a special discount upon showing your personal reduced fare card, you have priority to a seat and you can choose someone to accompany you for free. All these measures are to make your journey cheaper and more pleasant.
