Important information on Eurostar check-in
To ensure the safety of passengers travelling on Eurostar, Eurostar Group has decided to institute increased security checks for all passengers. All Eurostar passengers are asked to come to check-in no later than 30 minutes* before the train's departure time.
Please make sure you are in hold of all the documents needed for the custom control at the check-in (ID, passport or visa if necessary), even when your destination is Lille.
*Travellers holding Business Premier tickets and members of the Eurostar Frequent Traveller programme will enjoy accelerated check-in procedures, and may come to check in up to 10 minutes before their departure time.
